Kyle Nader is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, holding both a Bachelor's and Master’s in Accounting. Kyle began his career at RSM’s Financial Advisory Services Group, where he spent four years as a Senior Consultant. During his time at RSM, he specialized in complex litigation support, damages quantification, fraud investigations, forensic accounting, and restructuring consulting services. His expertise spans litigation consulting, analysis of intricate financial transactions, financial modeling, audit compliance, and dispute resolution in forensic accounting, financial reporting, and business valuation cases.

Following his tenure at RSM, Kyle joined Infor, Inc. as a Financial Software Consultant, where he focused on financial and supply chain software solutions for three years. He then transitioned to a CFO role at an e-commerce pet food manufacturing company, further expanding his experience in leadership. Kyle subsequently worked as a Financial & Accounting Business Manager for a SaaS startup, Global Dog, Inc., where he honed his skills in guiding early-stage companies.

Kyle has since become a trusted advisor to numerous startup ventures, offering his expertise in accounting, finance, and business consulting. Known for his versatility, he excels in analyzing complex financial transactions, developing financial models, and presenting data-driven business insights.
